What is best for a Ka-Bar Knife Home / Owner?

What would be best for a Ka-Bar knife / Cover. Adrian, I love Ka-bars have made a good choice. Definitely go with the glass-filled nylon. The reason being is that you want a knife sheath that contains the rather strong as reasonable. I was hiking Gila desert with a youth group for many years. One carried a hunting knife in a leather case as shown. I was running down a hill, he slipped and fell. In the process of sliding down the hill on his stomach the knife out of the sheath and stabbed him just below the rib cage. I stayed the application of pressure, while others ran for help. The result was a Medivac helicopter. He recovered completely, but it taught me the necessity an appropriate case.
