Looking for the best all around tactical Folding Knife?

I've been looking for the best all around / tactical knife for some time, and I have succeeded in my quest. I want something from a respectable brand, made in America, and the price is not a problem. I do not want anything with a serrated edge. Also a great advantage is lighter weight, and thinness. Any help on this would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know if the ceramic blades are good? Thank you!

Benchmade is a big knife. I have carried a Benchmade CQC7 since 1998. Even large projects, Hing is tight, the blade is easy to keep sharp. I open it with one hand, any hand. In the catalog today, the Benchmade Mini Rukus ® ® – Edge plain looks good. Oh, it's a mini, the blade is 3.4 "long. I have not had a reason to send the knife in the service, but I read that your service is very good. Hope this helps.
