What to buy for polishing and sharpening global knives?

I recently purchased Global Ikasu Knife Block Set (I also have a chef knife IOSH) and I need some advice on what brand of steel and stone cart. I am thinking of buying a diamond steel, you should buy the World Cup or another brand? Steel world diamond is very thick and prefer one with a finer grain. Maybe a stainless steel DMT. Should I continue with a World Cup or Minosharp whetstone or I buy another brand, and what is the difference between a diamond sharpening stone, ceramic or stone? Any experience with Minosharp pull through sharpener water. I've heard that does not work as well as steel and stone. Thanks!

I have the 3 solutions that you mentioned above. From what I read, the only way to sharpen a knife sharpening stone – the most difficult of all is that you have to keep on the right angle to do so, and do it with a knife can be a challenge overall. Certainly havent 'mastered by myself … steels are designed to align the sheet that can dramatically improve their ability to cut, but not sharpened. The good Shun as a global brand is more than you can always send the knife to sharpen the manufacturer for free, I want that Global would do the same.
